Our spa was installed indoors, and it was not the easiest access, however, we managed to get the spa in the house.  However, that is not what gives them the 5 Stars.  Their support after the installation has been amazing.  They have answered any or our questions in a timely manner and are truly as vested in our great spa experience as we are.
