We noticed an issue with the pool’s filtration system and were worried it would ruin our plans. I called Prestige in a bit of a panic, hoping they could send someone out to take a look. To my surprise, their response was immediate. They scheduled a technician to come out the very next day. Saved the day!
The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it fixed in no time. He even took the time to explain what had gone wrong and gave us tips on how to prevent similar issues in the future. Very impressed and highly recommend!
