Had a bad jet on my pool spa called the service department and open up a service call and within 36 hours two young men, Connor and Eli appeared at my front door with the replacement jet and within a few minutes the job was done. We purchased a spa with Prestige Pools & Spas.  From the purchase time through installation, they were fantastic to work with.  Our spa was installed indoors, and it was not the easiest access, however, we managed to get the spa in the house.  However, that is not what gives them the 5 Stars.  Their support after the installation has been amazing.  They have answered any or our questions in a timely manner and are truly as vested in our great spa experience as we are.
